Kayla the manager put me on hold for almost 10 minutes before she picked up the line again. To me it was very rude and unkind of someone to do that. Please get rid of KAYLA and get more kind and professional delivery drivers! I will not be ordering until something is changed with the customer service here.October 06, 2016
