  They are usually very busy with long lines (as with most Starbucks I've been to). Download and use the mobile app to pre-order and basically skip the long line. The employees there are friendly and courteous. Only have run into a few issues when ordering and they were pleasant about fixing the problem (refund or quick to make whatever was forgotten).
  Update: when ordering food, they seem to forget to serve them to you sometimes

  The staff is great, never complains about anything even when faced with huge lines and absurdly complicated orders. They're friendly and considerate to their drive through customers and manage to provide excellent, accurate service on a regular basis.
